Great to see lots of early season Crane activity calling and displaying at Slimbridge, Gloucestershire UK.
They have had young last year, but these were predated. Hopefully this year they will fledge young!

January 2015 Dartford Warbler rare bird for Gloucestershire.

Pleased to be able to get such a rare bird for my own County Gloucestershire in the local park.  This is thanks to excellent work by the local council planting and leaving some wild seed area's.
