April 2016 Really pleased to have some images of a Ring Ouzel

After 4 long walks over Cleeve Hill over the last few weeks I have finally got some images of a Ring Ouzel. It may have taken about twenty miles on foot with my gear but now I am well happy.

It was great to get a new bird for me photographically.  This Mistle Thrush was very obliging.

April 2016 Great Spotted Woodpecker doing what they do.

Liked this bit of action catching the wood pecker chipping loose bark off the tree.  It was loose so must have been easy.  They still need to keep their eye protected though.
